Last week I met up with a lovely friend of mine from In Touch London for lunch, we go waaaaay back, we first met at beauty school ten years ago and have remained close friends ever since.
As we are both mobile in our jobs, it’s not always easy to meet up, so this was quite a last minute lunch date. As she is into her food and nutrition I let her choose the location (I always let her choose and we always end up eating well!). She suggested the Hemsley & Hemsley cafe in Selfridges, where we met up at 3pm and didn’t leave until after 5! Time definitely flies when you’re having fun! The food was so delish, I had a salmon burger in a flaxseed bun with lime coleslaw and home made siracha sauce, so dreamy! We obviously had to have dessert so we shared cookies and a chocbeet cupcake, here’s a link to the cafe, I’d highly recommend checking it out!
Apart from it being lovely to catch up, we also had some business to discuss. In Touch London is a company offering massage in homes, offices and at events, so the same as what I do, so we decided it would make great sense to partner up and promote each other on our websites, offering each other’s clients an introductory discount.
So, if you and your colleagues are in need of a little relaxation, then quote ‘Nails by Natalie Rose’ and you will receive 10% off your first session with In Touch London!
