It’s been 8 weeks since having my gorgeous girl and I was ready and excited to get back into an office and do some nails! As I’m self-employed I get an allocation of keep in touch days, just like everyone in full-time employment does, and my first one back was at one of my regular haunts, the recruitment agency called Deverell Smith. They are based in Cannon Street which is a short walk from Bank station so I got up and ready nice and early (I’d been awake for a while thanks to my lovely sleep thief Charlie!) and hopped on the northern line.

Then had a full day of clients for me so I started at 9.30am. Rhea sorts out the bookings and allows 45mins per person but I only need 30min, everyone is so flexible there and can usually come early, but this time when I had a 5-10min break I sat and enjoyed the peace and quiet!! Can you tell I have 2 little ones now?

My first client was Laura, she usually has the colour ‘impulsive’ but today she went for my gorgeous lilac ‘Pastel V005’ and I love it (and I love love love her dress!)

French was also popular, I love a before and after of this one. Clients always asks if it can be done on short nails and my answer is always yes! I love a French on a short nail

I go into Deverell Smith every 6 weeks so have built up a lovely relationship with my clients and I really enjoy going there. Offices bookings are picking up again and I have another keep in touch day next month and I can’t wait! It’s great to be back in town again 🙂

Natalie is fully qualified with 10 years of experience under her belt and even offers little discounts for parties & larger groups if you speak to her nicely. She’s the life and soul of any hen party, loves anything remotely sparkly and is an avid festival goer (ask about her special ‘festival nail’ designs).
